Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time and may vary during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

International shipping

• Standard Shipping: $2.97 USD, estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: $5.73 USD, estimated transit time of 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customs and duties

Unless shown as included at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges assessed by the destination country.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking information is sent when available. Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact contact@valenmere.shop promptly if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
